About the Baryshnikov Tour
Before Baryshnikov became a famous as balleron and cinema and theater actor he lived simple life as many millions Soviet people. Begin your tour by visiting the building where Baryshnikov's family lived in a communal flat. Then, head to the school where he studied alongside later famous cellist Misha Maisky.

Next, visit the place where he took his first ballet lessons. Continue to the Riga New Theater, where he played in "Brodsky/Baryshnikov", "Letter to a Man" and "White Helicopter".

Stop at one of Baryshnikov's favorite restaurants, "Oziris," before heading to the newly opened Baryshnikov Art Center in Riga.
